1. Shipping time
All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please note: Orders placed from Feb 7 to Feb 17 will be delayed by approximately 10 days due to our holiday break. All orders will be prioritized and processed as soon as operations resume. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.
2. Shipping rates & shipping method
We can ship worldwide. Shipping fee is $5.95 for orders under $99. Free shipping on orders from $99.
Shipping method: Currently suppliers can choose from the following express shipping options: DHL, FedEx, USPS.
3. About Tracking Shipments
You can find tracking information in your order details or have it sent directly to your email.
Your Order page: If the tracking information is available, you can track your package via the Your Order page. The shipping method for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time:
8 – 20 business days (It may take longer during the holiday seasons and excludes the processing time)
